
Jealousy is a resentment against an enemy, rival, or a person enjoying success or advantages. Jealousy often consist of the following anger, sadness, and disgust. Jealousy is familiar in relationships as well as job opportunities. When a ex lover sees you with another girl/boy the often are jealous and try to obtain redemption. When you or your fellow co worker gain the job that you wanted you will often be jealous. Most people are jealous of the person with the nicer car, better body, better looks, or who have more money but jealousy leads to grudges, loss of friendships, or even worse physical or emotional pain.

Many people feel jealous from time to time. Jealousy is easy to deal with when you finally understand what it taught you. The better ways then being jealous to handle it is communicating your feelings, identifying what your jealousy is teaching you, and finally changing any misguided beliefs that you may have had.
