women of gatsby

In the 1920's women were not very true to their men and i mean they were people not to be trusted. In the movie and book "The Great Gatsby" you can tell because Daisy has an affair with Mr. Buchanan and also Gatsby. She has a daughter with Mr. Buchanan but at the time she says that she loves Gatsby.

And also there is another couple:Mertle and her husband. Mertle says she loves her husband but low key she really is in love with Mr. Buchanan and she is very secretive sly and very dishonest. These are some examples of what women are like in Gatsby.
